.47 Caliber H.V. Perry target rifle manufactured in the 1870's. Back action lock, 30-inch barrel, 1.375 at breech, 1.3 at muzzle, 1-42 twist, .470 groove, .435 land, turned for starter, single set trigger, crescent butt plate, Perry peep sight adjustable for windage and elevation, globe front, buckhorn barrel sight, weight- 13.5 pounds. Barrel marked " H.V. Perry, Jamestown, NY" also marked "D. Crocker" in three places. Rear sight elevation screw needs to be replaced.
