Son of Joel Ferree who is reported as the first gunsmith of that family. He tock over his fathers
property where he lifed after his dead but personally, I do not belief that he was a gunsmith himselves.
Eventually partner of Jacob Ferree in his business known as J. & I. Ferree in the late 1700s.
